DRINKING (hydrating) ·              Include water consumption in your everyday.  Like food, if the body doesn’t have enough water, it will store as much as is possible. The result is bloating, which is an excess water stored under your skin. Drinking water on a continual basis allows the body to lose a couple pounds by flushing these unnecessary stores from your system.
