This is everything I ate today, in no particular order.
A strawberry banana smoothie.
A raspberry pear smoothie.
A small bowl of grapes and 3 Ry-Krisp crackers.
A mixed salad with grape tomatoes, dried berries and Annie’s organic salad dressing.
2 pieces of black olive, artichoke, and spinach pizza with homemade vegan “cheese” sauce and Diaya “mozzarella” shreds on whole wheat and flaxseed crust.
I know this looks like a lot of food, but I’ve been eating like this for two weeks and I’ve lost 7 lbs.
